A special clamp is used to locate the vas deferens and make the necessary cut. All through 8 mm of skin. Dr. Wadskier is specially trained in this type of vasectomy and is one of the few urologists in the country who has the special gun and instruments to perform this type of procedure.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #335c8b;\">Vasectomy is an outpatient surgery<\/span> (no hospitalization is required) that is simple, quick and with very little probability of subsequent complications.<\/p>\n<p>After vasectomy, the patient will continue to ejaculate normally.<\/p>\n<p>The <span style=\"color: #335c8b;\">patient&#8217;s sexual performance will remain unchanged<\/span>, he will continue to have the same sensation during orgasm, will continue to expel semen, and will maintain the same quality of erection as before surgery.<\/p>\n<p>During the first 3 days, there may be slight discomfort in the groin region, which easily improves with mild analgesics. It is important to emphasize that the patient must continue planning with any other method for 3 months and must perform a control spermogram.<\/p>\n<p>Vasectomy is a reversible procedure, however, it is not recommended as a temporary planning option, as reversal is not always successful.<\/p>\n<p>Difference between traditional vasectomy vs. no needle and no-scalpel vasectomy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Traditional vasectomy requires local anesthesia with a needle and a scalpel to make an incision in the area where the procedure is to be performed.<\/li>\n<li>In No Needle No Scalpel Vasectomy, a special device that simulates a gun is used to apply local anesthesia without using the usual needles and with a special clamp the vas deferens is approached without the need to use a scalpel, hence the name No Needle No Scalpel Vasectomy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Recovery<\/h3>\n<p>The day after the procedure, the patient can return to daily life, although for 2-3 days there may be slight discomfort in the groin region. For the initiation of exercise or sexual activity, it is recommended to wait at least 3 days.<\/p>\n<p>Although Vasectomy has a very low probability of complications, there is a probability of recanalization, in which the body scars the cut made by the urologist and the surgery loses its effectiveness. This happens in 1% of patients and this is why you should continue planning with another method for 3 months and a control spermogram should be performed to verify that there was no
